How to Take Care of Your Laptop Charger

)Make sure you use a Replacement For HP TPN-CA06 90W USB-C Adapter that is specifically for your laptop.

)Protect your charger from water.Place your laptop charger somewhere that water cannot reach it to avoid electrocution of the user and the destruction of your laptop

)Unplug your HP TPN-CA06 charger when it gets hot. When you plug in your laptop charger and turn it on, it gets warm. A partially warm adapter is normal, especially when you are using your laptop and charging it simultaneously. But if the HP TPN-CA06 adapter gets extremely hot, you have an issue with an overheated power adapter. you need to disconnect it to allow it to cool off. The problem with a laptop charger that overheats is that it will cause destruction to your laptop battery.

)Avoid contact with sharp edges. Exposed wires are a big no-no, and extended contact with sharp surfaces like table edges can wear away the rubber protecting the wires in your laptop power cord. If the charger wire is torn, do not use anymore. Do not wrap the wire charger with ‘tape’ or other material. Electric shock and damage to the laptop can occur. Change and buy a new charger.
